Worldwide Power Products Signs Partnership Agreement with HIPOWER SYSTEMS; Becomes Authorized Texas Distributor for Standby Backup Generators
Houston, TX, (September 27, 2013)—Worldwide Power Products (WPP), a power-generation equipment provider to industrial and petroleum clients worldwide, today announced it has signed a partnership agreement with HIPOWER SYSTEMS®, a manufacturer of power-generation and power-distribution equipment in the U.S. and Canada. WPP plans to offer the HIPOWER standby backup units for sale and rental, and to incorporate them into its innovative emergency standby rental solution. With this program, customers pay a flat monthly rate to reserve a rental and enjoy unlimited hours of usage in the event of an emergency.
