SAE Housing and Flywheel Sizing Guides
To determine the SAE size requirement for your application, match dimensions XD, XB, XE, XF and XG on your engine to the sizing chart below to determine the combination of SAE adaptions for the engine housing and flywheel.
For Example:
If you measure your housing XD at 20.125in and XB-20.88in you have an SAE#1 Flywheel Housing.
If you measure your flywheel XE at 18.375in and XF-17.25in you have an SAE#14 Flywheel.
Notes:
*XF is your bolt hole center to bolt hole center on your flywheel.
*XB is your bolt hole center to bolt hole center on your flywheel housing.
