Morse brings an extensive background in the power rental industry, having played a pivotal leadership role in the growth of American Spot Cooling (ASC) and American Power Rentals (APR). Following their acquisition, he remained with the organization and helped guide Mobile Air & Power Rentals through significant national expansion. His hands-on technical expertise, deep operational knowledge, and proven ability to scale organizations uniquely position him to help accelerate WPD’s next chapter.

Morse and WPD co-founder John Imbaratto share more than a decade of friendship and professional collaboration—making this partnership both a natural fit and a strategic step forward.
