Mont Belvieu Waste Water Lift Station
Project Overview
A Texas municipality was looking for a turnkey power solution provider for one of their waste water lift stations. The project required decommissioning the two existing Generac natural gas generators and installing a new 130kw diesel generator with a 600A automatic transfer switch (ATS).
Equipment Information
Generator Package Model: HIPOWER HDI 130F. The new 130kW diesel generator package includes an FPT-Iveco N671TM1X EPA Tier 3 diesel engine, Stamford UCI274F1 1800 rpm generator end, Deep Sea 7410 Control Panel, and a UL142 48 hour double wall diesel fuel tank (640 gallons). The generator package is UL 2200 listed.

The WPP team coordinated the crane and electricians for the decommissioning and removal of two older Generac natural gas generator sets. Our team then coordinated the delivery and crane for the new 130kW diesel generator. The WPP Service team completed the installation and start-up of the new generator and ATS, which included a load bank test. WPP will continue to provide service and remote monitoring for the customer.
