WORLDWIDE POWER PRODUCTS APPOINTS JOSEPH RAUSCH COO

Joseph Rausch - COO at Worldwide Power ProductsHOUSTON, TX, Sept. 19, 2022 — Worldwide Power Products (WPP), a leading provider of power generation equipment sales, rentals, and services, is pleased to name its new Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Rausch.

Rausch joins WPP from Nabors Industries Ltd., a global oil and gas drilling contractor based in Houston, where he worked as Vice President, Services & Rentals within the Canrig Drilling Technologies division. In this role he oversaw the company’s 125-person field service and equipment rental business with operations in the continental U.S., Canada, and Latin America.

Rausch will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operations across all four WPP business lines: Sales, Rental, Service, and Parts. His primary focus will be to support Senior Management by implementing clear initiatives and goals in order to execute the company’s business and strategic growth plans.

Joe’s experience includes positions in both the public and private sector, with time spent working with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) in a presidential appointment. After joining Nabors, Rausch spent time in a variety of roles throughout the company, including Area Manager, Northeast; Marketing & Contracts Manager; Global Accounts Manager; and Director of Rig Data Platform & Applications for Nabors’ drilling branch.

Rausch will be taking over for WPP’s retiring COO, Alec Mize. The entire WPP family wishes to thank Alec for all his hard work since coming on-board as a Consultant and Advisor to WPP in 2009, and serving as full-time COO since 2017. Although Mize is retiring, he will remain involved with the company as an advisor to the Management Team.
