Position Summary |
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is an essential leader who is responsible for guiding the company’s workflow strategy and organization of all essential business processes. They are responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives across all lines of business. The COO duties include reviewing the efficiency of current business functions, communicating, and implementing changes and processes to day-to-day operations and collaborating with other executive and management staff to set and meet business objectives. This person often acts as the right-hand person to the CEO.

Physical Demands & Work Environment |
Well-lighted, heated and/or air-conditioned indoor office setting with adequate ventilation; Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with regular working hours. Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00. Very light travel required outside of the Houston area.
